Where do I stand?

Fri Jul 3, 2009, 4:36 PM
I need to get back on track with things..And start up with new ones, too.
Things have been quite static lately. Apart from the constant knots I get
every now and then. I feel..weird lately. It's like I completely comprehend
what I should do to change my state of mind, yet I get lost in a chaos I've
created and I somehow manage to suffocate without even noticing I need..AIR.

Something's gotta change. For the good. For the better. And it has to be no
other than me. So I'll keep repeating this to myself until I succeed.. ;p

Where are my fireworks??

There will always be some static times. Just lather rinse and repeat those words! All will work out and eventually you'll breathe again without any consious thought or effort and all will be gooood!

How is that book? Checked it on amazon and it looks interesting!

You watch Supernatural!? O_o

:iconhisakata-tomoshibi:
hahah, yes! i do! ;p Do you also watch it?
As for the book...well...mysteries and all
that police-Agatha-Christie-stuff is..not
really my thing..=/ So i returned it already
to the library. BUT, Brontes Wuthering Heights
is waiting. :boogie:

Thanks a lot Stella..I know we can't really escape
those static times, it's all part of it after all..
right? I hope it all works out for the best..It has
to..=]]

How are you? how is it back home?
Here in DK we had like 30 degrees last week and
it was sooo warm. Today we're back to pissing
(which I don't really mind..although warm weather
was soemthing new for me here..)
Anyway..hope you're enjoying yourself loads there!!!

Yes I do ...a tad too much, it's my addiction :P
Yeah I haven't read many whodunnit stories, was wondering if I should try it out ...but maybe not :)

Wuthering Heights is on my to-do list. I take it that it's good?

Yes, there are always those inbetween times that drain your energy ...but then all is good again :)

I'm good, back at work. 30°? damn! I'm glad I missed that, way too much ...unless you're on the beach that is :P

Hope you're good too and get out of the depressing period soon

Sooo...i'm finally here..=] About the book, i think
it's very good..It's a classic one after all..and Bronte's
one of the greatest female writers,sooo...yes! I should start
too!! ;p

Hehe, u can't avoid those times..very true...but i'm not depressing
or anything..just cluster my mind with a bit too much till it keeps
quiet after a while..:giggle:

yes, it was very warm and 2 weeks now just rain and rain and a bit..
not so warm anyway. How is it over there? And how's work going?
Any news from your new uni? When will u be starting? =]]]

:snowflake: today's dream is tomorrow's reality...
:icontoni-dogma:
:D

Not all classics are good though :P

I've read Charlotte Bronte's Jane Eyre and to be honest I can hardly remember it, so maybe Wuthering Heights is not my kind of thing ...or I at least imagine that the sisters have a similar style :P

that's good ...I think, at least that's you're not depressing but that you cluster your mind sounds tiring  :p

Well it's ok. Weather is not one of iceland's qualities but there have been a few sunbathing days and no rain so it's ok :)

- It starts on the 24th.
- Work is ok, been working from 8:45-18:15 and then I have long bus rides so at the end of they day I'm sleepy but it's ok. A lot of drinking cocoa and eating biscuits. Alone in the office with nothing to do sometimes but that just means I have time to browse stuff online and check DA :P

How's work going with you? Are you on a summerbreak from it perhaps? Or more work?

Hope you've uncluttered your head and managed to relax now :)

Stellaaa!!! I think we should start a discussion on fb..;P it takes
me ages to get here and check on stuff..sorry about that...=/

i loved eyre..but i guess maybe our book taste might be different..
i haven't started reading Emily's book yet, but i should get at it.
in any case, u're probably right..maybe not all classics are as good
as they claim to be..=]

u're lucky u got no rain..yesterday it was pouring down a bit here.
but at least the last few times u can actually see lightnings..so that's
a new one. =]

i suppose u already started at the uni eh?? how is it?? what are your first
impressions?? =]]] hope it all went splendid!!

i don't have a stable job yet..so i'm working on that..hope to find sth
by mid september or it'll be quite tough..

anyway, all in all it's getting better..hopefully!

looking forward to heard about ur new start there!!
and i promise to check more often here..

:icontoni-dogma:
hehe that's ok. Sorry in return for my late reply too!

Yeah I guess so, lately I've been going for easy quick reads. But I'll probably read Jane Eyre again sometime and find out what my problem was with it since I really can't remember.

Well now it's been raining for a while, very tiring. I wish we got lightning here but that just doesn't happen :( I really love it when the sky falls down and lightnings.

It's ok so far, a whole lot of drawing mainly, very different from noea. It's all about creativity and getting ideas at this point.

How's the jobhunt going? Did you get something by now?

that's good :)

hehe, ok then when u do let me know.=] I'm curious! ;p

I also love it when that happens..the odd thing is that
we have quite a good weather here..20 degrees or 18..
surprising a bit, but..yeah. it feels like yesterday
when we first started the classes at NOEA.

That's really awesome!! I think your school must be
the real deal. =] I read your journal btw, and i think
it's pretty awesome how it gets you into that whole
procedure. Definitely worth it!! =]

I'm still trying to get something stable. I get shifts
at Zleep hotel every now and then..but soon, i hope
i will get something more certain. =]

Take lots of care Stella!! Hope to see the outcome of
your drawing sessions! I'm sure it will be amazing!!=]
Good luck with it all!

:icontoni-dogma:
will do! ...might be a while though :P

*envy* it's too autumnly here and has been a while.
It really does, time flew by SO quickly.

I hope so :)
You saw the video?

The one at hadsundvej? That's great! :)

Well I don't know if it's presentable really, it's more about doing ALOT and quickly so it doesn't always look very finished but what I like about it is how surprising and creative the results can be when you don't think at all but just DO IT.

Good luck in getting more work and take care sweety! :glomp:
